We provide capital markets advice on a number of projects where the borrowing client wants to explore various options.
In Canada, the group covers all levels of active government (federal, provincial, municipal) and corporate (investment grade and high yield) issuers. Our professionals in Toronto and Montreal work closely with those in London and New York to ensure that our clients have access to the most cost efficient funding in Canadian, U.S. dollar and other major currencies.
With its Canadian clients, the Debt Origination group is a leader in the international markets leading to the growth and maintenance of a number of strong relationships with International clients on the origination and distribution side of the business. Our capabilities span a wide list of products, markets and currencies including domestic offerings, Medium Term Notes, Structured Notes, Globals, Euros, Yankees and international placements.
